The practical side matters just as much. Before your child starts, we build in two settling-in sessions where you stay with them, and we extend that if your child needs more time. Once they are settled, you will have daily communication, termly one-to-ones and an open door to management whenever you need it. We accept both 15-hour and 30-hour funded places, so if your child is eligible, those hours can be used here. Ofsted have rated us Good, which we are proud of, but what that means day to day is that inspectors found the quality of care and learning to be strong across the board.

Most families drive, and there is on-site parking available when you arrive. We care for children from six weeks old through to five years. Places at a smaller nursery like ours do fill up, particularly for the youngest age groups, so we would always suggest getting in touch early rather than waiting until you need the place. We would rather have an honest conversation about availability now than have you disappointed later.

Before your child starts, we build in two settling-in sessions where you stay with them so they can get used to the space and the people at their own pace. If your child needs more time, we extend that, and shortly after they start we check in with you to see how things are going. The key person who looks after your child day to day will be your main point of contact from the beginning.
