How funded hours are stretched
Government-funded hours (15 or 30 a week) are spread evenly across the whole year rather than just term time, so your weekly hours stay the same all year round:
Monthly fees are worked out the same way: your weekly rate x 51 weeks a year, divided by 12, so you pay the same amount each month regardless of how many weeks fall in it.
Food charges
Charges for food will be applied for days where funded hours are taken and will be itemised on the invoice. Prices above are fully inclusive of food, wipes and suntan cream.
Session and ad-hoc fees
Extended hours
Early starts from 07:30 and late finishes to 18:30 are available in addition to standard session times. Please ask us for current availability and cost.
Closure dates
We are closed from Wednesday 23 December 2026 to Friday 1 January 2027 inclusive. 23 December 2026 is also a staff training day.
Review date
This fee schedule is reviewed on 1 April 2027, at management's discretion.
Good to know
All you need is your funding eligibility code and National Insurance number, we take care of everything else, and apply the reduction to your invoice. We remind you each term when your code needs renewing and flag any issues before they affect your billing. If you are unsure whether you qualify for 30 hours, our friendly team can walk you through the eligibility check at any time. For families starting mid-term, we allocate funding from your start date, so you only pay for what you use.
Fees are billed monthly in advance, collected by Standing Order, including tax free childcare accounts. Spreading fees across 12 equal payments means your cost stays consistent regardless of how many days fall in a given month. You will receive your invoice well in advance of each month. Any ad hoc sessions added during the month appear on the next invoice. One month's written notice is required to change your regular sessions.
Registration fee£130 (of which £100 is refundable with one month's notice), payable on application
Registration fees and deposit do not apply to children on solely-funded hours.

Complete our short application form to join the waiting list. Places are offered in order of registration, and we’ll be in touch to arrange settling-in sessions.
